You may use Wilt for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:

Wilt uses third-party AI services to analyze your plant photos. By using our app:

• You acknowledge that your photos will be processed by our AI partners
• You understand that third-party services have their own terms of service

💳 Subscription and Payments

• Subscription Terms: Subscriptions auto-renew according to your chosen plan
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's App Store policies

🚫 Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• Your Right: You may stop using the app and delete it at any time
• Our Right: We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately
